Francisco Padua is president of Inpac, Inc., an investment banking firm focused in the advisory, integration, and implementation of investment projects, mainly in real estate, with the US and Latin American investors.
Since the early 1970’s Francisco has been active in international financial circles. He has been responsible for sourcing, structuring, negotiating and monitoring his clients, as well as his own, investments in various business transactions including commercial real estate development and venture capital.
Francisco is President of Inmobilia 2000 LLC which he cofounded in 1999 with the purpose of developing affordable residential communities in Texas and México. Inmobilia 2000 LLC has been involved in five community developments in the last ten years, encompassing subdivision development, affordable housing acquisition, construction, and special purpose commercial improvements.
Born in México and fully bi-cultural, Francisco holds a bachelors degree in business administration from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, and a post graduate degree in Marketing and Finance from Stanford University. He has completed the “Chief Executive Officers” course at IPADE in México City, a Harvard University based program.
Francisco lives in Houston, Texas and is married to Sara and has four adult children.

Alejandro “Alex” Padua has been with the company and its affiliates since 2002. As the in-house counsel and vice president of Padua Realty Company, Alex drafts and negotiates contracts and other transactional documents.
Alex has spent the past eight years working side by side with Francisco Padua absorbing his 45+ years of knowledge and experience in all aspects of the Real Estate Industry including Debt and Equity project financing, Domestic and International development, brokerage, and Asset management. This has allowed him to build an extensive network of developers, investors, bank and non-bank lenders, homebuilders, attorneys and many other industry professionals in both Texas and Mexico.
Although a native of Mexico City, Alex has lived most of his life in Houston, TX as the Padua Family moved there in 1988. Alex earned a B.B.A. in Finance from University of Texas in Austin and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston Law Center. Alex is a member of the State Bar of Texas. Alex is fluent in Spanish and has worked on various international cross-border real estate and legal matters in Mexico giving him invaluable experience and knowledge of the Mexican Legal system.

Antonio “Tony” Padua has been with the company and its affiliates since 2009. As the development manager of Padua Realty Company, Tony oversees and manages all aspects of the company’s ongoing projects. Additionally, he evaluates new real estate investment and brokering opportunities for the company.
Tony benefits from prior development experience assisting in the project management at Johnson Development Corporation’s Southeast Houston area master-planned projects and, subsequently, as project manager of numerous Houston area projects at Sam Yager Incorporated. With these firms, Tony was responsible for overseeing the timely development and sale of thousands of lots, the full reimbursement of $15+ million from municipal utility districts (“MUDs”),the proper operation of HOAs, legal issues, among other things. Starting in January 2009, Tony joined Padua Realty and its affiliate companies assisting in all real estate development matters. In addition to the invaluable experience Tony has gained, he has developed an extensive relationship with quality developers, homebuilders, consultants, brokers, investors and bankers.
Tony is native of Mexico City but grew up in Houston, TX. Tony earned a B.B.A. in Finance from University of Texas in Austin and currently holds an active real estate broker’s license in the State of Texas. Tony is fluent in Spanish and has had first-hand experience in conducting real estate business operations in Mexico.

Leslie Negron has been with Padua Realty Company and its affiliates since 2008. As assistant project and transactional manager, Leslie assists in all day to day operations related to sales, contracting, marketing as well as all other project management activities in the United States and Mexico.
Leslie, a Houston native, relocated here with her family as a small child. Leslie began her career in Real Estate living in Florida working as an assistant, quickly advancing to the Executive Administrator for a Multi-Million Dollar Residential Real Estate Broker in Naples, FL. The most notable highlight of Leslie’s career includes the transaction management of a high end, bundled luxury golf club community in Naples, FL for $65 million in 2008. Since her start in Real Estate in 2005, Leslie has secured more than 40 transactions resulting in a career volume in excess of $75 million dollars.
Leslie is the proud mother of a 9 year old daughter and they are both active in their church congregation as well as their community.
